What Is The 360-degree Light Emission Principle Of Flexible Circular LED Neon Light Strips?

The core of the flexible circular LED neon light strip's ability to achieve truly uniform 360-degree illumination lies in its unique structural design. The LED beads are precisely embedded within a high-transmittance silicone tube and arranged spirally along the circumference. Combined with an omnidirectional refractive silicone layer, this ensures that the light emitted from any angle remains soft, without dark areas or glare. Traditional flat light strips suffer from a sharp drop in brightness on the sides due to their single luminous surface; however, the circular cross-section and ring circuit layout allow the luminous flux to naturally diffuse in three-dimensional space. Engineering tests show that even at a viewing angle of ±180°, over 90% illuminance consistency is maintained. This physical optical structure makes it inherently suitable for non-planar lighting scenarios such as curved signs, column wrappings, and dome edging, defining a "three-dimensional lighting effect" from the source, rather than relying on post-processing dimming.

After the flexible circular LED neon light strip is applied, the entire halo is full and rounded, even the reflection in the glass door frame has a soft, shimmering edge. It can withstand bends as small as 3cm without burning out, and easily navigates around stainless steel pillars; it can be installed outdoors without any issues, with rainwater sliding off the curved surface, and the joints have a thickened silicone sealing layer. The most surprising feature is its stable light color-after 48 hours of continuous lighting, the color temperature did not drift, and the RGBIC version's color transition is as smooth as breathing.
